Most people have been watching the way google has been operating and slowly over time they are taken more and more things into consideration when it comes to websites and landing pages.
Long gone are the days of slapping up a page, plastering it with ads, links, and some terrible over stuffed keyword text.
Google and others search engines have been on a mission from the very start to provide relevant quality content.
Word has it from an inside source that they are going to be releasing a new bot on the scene that will determine quality, first and foremost for landing pages through adwords, which we have already seen over the past 5 months the landscape change there. But now they are upping it a notch further.. due to a lot of people playing the arbitrage game.
The way its meant to work is this.. if your have landing page or a site where there is nothing but bad text, uncloaked affiliate links and adsense/yahoo links your going to be in trouble.
Even Adcenter from MSN have said they have finger printed affiliate links and penalizing through either charging more or not allowing you.
So what this is all means it
1. Be sure your masking your affiliate links on ALL your earning websites.
2. Be sure your providing unique, relevant, quality content to your visitors
It wont be long before Google starts seeing how long people stay on your website.. dont get caught with your underwear down! , act now
